  1. Beautiful Briana (even more so in this video than usual):

Love the “wibble -wobble” (like a comfortable sway) concept. Not so rigid, harsh and unforgiving as the word “balance” can connote.

My commitment to your Rituals for Transformation book has helped me in the “getting to, better, know myself” realm. I can only imagine what the Dreambook (and the teaching within) would do in the same realm, from what I understand of ones journey into THAT program.

Dragontree lives up to their Mission Statement. I am absolutely in love with all that is done under this “Dragontree” and have been for over a decade. Bless you and yours, in return, for blessing the world.

    1. Thank you for sharing your kind words. My heart filled with love reading them.

  2. Thank you for this information. I practice journaling and meditation daily. But now I can go deeper now by becoming more aware of knowing me better by observing my feelings and emotions that I’m journaling about. Thank you.

    1. yay! I love this for you.

  3. The biggest impact for me was being able to identify qualities so that I can balance them. Ayurveda helped me to learn that (not just in diet but all areas). When I have days that I feel heavy, gross, lazy, tired I can look at those identifying adjectives and find ways to balance them with their opposite qualities. I put on lighter clothing, I eat lighter foods, focus on drinking plain water, getting out in the fresh air.

    1. That’s fantastic Kimberly.

  4. I love this video. You touched on some key points yet again. Life is all in the way you look at it. So rather than being off the path, it’s just a wobble doesn’t feel so awful. Thank you again.

    1. Right? Wobbles aren’t so bad 😉
