FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE

Our goal at The Dragontree spa is to make your visit with us as relaxing and hassle-free as possible, so please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing - come as you are. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, leave the details to us. A robe and slippers will be provided to you, or you can bring your own slippers or robe if you wish.  We have a changing areas with lockers for your convenience. Showers are located within the locker and sauna area.

For best results all Body Treatments, Acupuncture, and Facials are recommended in a series. One treatment per week will yield optimal results. Please ask about our Treatment Series Packages. When you purchase a series of the same ten treatments, you will receive 10% off. The Dragontree staff recommends home spa regimens to ensure complete satisfaction of your services. Please visit our boutique for the same quality products used in our services.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. You may also want to enjoy the sauna prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short.

Personal Items
Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry, to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for any lost items while at the facility. Wear what is comfortable; we will provide you with a robe and sandals for your treatments. Our staff is trained to drape you appropriately for privacy during your treatments.  The Dragontree is a cell phone free facility. Please do not bring your phone with you so we can ensure you and other clients are able to completely enjoy your treatments and relax. If you must bring it with you, please turn it off to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the spa. If your child does not have an appointment, please do not bring them with you as we do not offer day care facilities.

Serenity
We ask that all of our clients respect our sanctuary by keeping conversation to a minimum.  We invite you to deeply relax, quiet your mind, and let go.

Cancellation Policy
Because the Spa and our therapists time is reserved for you, we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Should you not cancel 24 hrs before your appointment or no-show your credit card or gift card will be charged for 50% of your days total services. For parties of 5 or more we require a 48 hr cancellation notice to avoid a fee.  Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.

Requesting a Therapist
We encourage our clients to find the therapist that best fits their needs and request them for their services.  If you have a preference for a male or female therapist for your services please inform us of your preference when you make your appointment.

Payments
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards and personal checks. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. Gratuities are gladly accepted and are not included in the price of services. A credit card guarantee is required when scheduling your spa services.

Gift Certificates
An ideal gift for any occasion. Phone, website, and mail orders are available. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable, however they may be used for retail items.
We offer gift certificates for specific services or dollar amounts and are typically good for 6 months. Expired gift certificates will be honored for services only.

Referral program
If you have visited us and enjoyed your experience — tell your friends. We will send you a $35 gift certificate every time you send us 3 new clients. Also, ask us for referral cards and give them to your friends and family and when they bring them in they will get $5 off their treatment.

Boutique
We have a Retail Boutique with our spa product lines and gift items available for purchase. We also carry an extensive line of Livia skin care products formulated from the purest and most potent natural organic botanical ingredients that nature has to offer. We also offer exquisite mineral make-up, Youngblood.  These products are also available in our online boutique.

Group Spa Parties
We cater spa parties for special events and corporate packages. We can provide you with a party planner to help organize your event. Please call for details. You are welcome to bring food and drinks for your gathering, however we request that your party respects the spa atmosphere for our other guests.  An addition charge may apply for clean up.
