Policies

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. You may also want to enjoy the sauna prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short.

Personal Items
Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry, to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for any lost items while at the facility. Wear what is comfortable; we will provide you with a robe and sandals for your treatments. Our staff is trained to drape you appropriately for privacy during your treatments.  The Dragontree is a cell phone free facility. Please do not bring your phone with you so we can ensure you and other clients are able to completely enjoy your treatments and relax. If you must bring it with you, please turn it off to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the spa. If your child does not have an appointment, please do not bring them with you as we do not offer day care facilities.

Serenity
We ask that all of our clients respect our sanctuary by keeping conversation to a minimum.  We invite you to deeply relax, quiet your mind, and let go.

Cancellation Policy
Because the Spa and our therapists time is reserved for you, we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Should you not cancel 24 hrs before your appointment or no-show your credit card or gift card will be charged for 50% of your days total services. For parties of 5 or more we require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 50% fee.  Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.

Returns
We happily accept returns for spa credit ONLY on all products within 30 days of purchase.  Gift certificates are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person or used for different services or products.  No exceptions.

Payments
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. Gratuities are graciously accepted and are not included in the price of services. A credit card guarantee is required when scheduling your spa services.

Gift Certificates
An ideal gift for any occasion. Phone, website, and mail orders are available. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable, however they may be used for retail items. We offer gift certificates for specific services or dollar amounts and are typically good for 6 months. Expired gift certificates will be honored for services only.  We accept Spa Finder gift certificates.

Prices
Prices are subject to change with out notice. Prices do not include therapist gratuity.
