Our talented therapists and skincare specialists use time-tested and science-backed techniques chosen carefully to support each client’s needs.
You will slip into a state of deep relaxation on our memory foam tables and face cradles, both outfitted with ultra-soft linens. At the end of your massage, you will be treated to a hot towel cleanse for your feet and a hot towel stretch for your neck. After your experience is complete, your therapist will greet you with cool water to promote hydration and will be present for you to ask questions or offer suggestions for self-care.
For all our clients receiving full body massages, facials, or spa packages we provide a locker for your personal belongings, a robe, and spa sandals. Our steam rooms and rain showers are available for use before or after your treatments. Complimentary bath, body, hair, and skincare products are also available. (Please note: shower and steam room availability is dependent upon current covid protocols and may change without notice.)

Traditional Massage
Swedish Massage
This classic massage utilizes light to medium pressure, smooth strokes, kneading, and vibration techniques to relax your muscles, calm your mind, and improve circulation. Swedish massage feels good, and the experience of melting into the table beneath your therapist’s confident hands gives a clear message of “everything is okay” to your nervous system. Turning off your chronic stress-response in this way supports your whole system – digestive, respiratory, immune, etc. – to function at its best. Afterwards, you’ll feel vibrant, centered, and peaceful.

Deep Tissue Massage
Go deeper with this massage designed to penetrate and free constrained tissues. Your skilled therapist will use firmer pressure and mobilization techniques to release tight and painful muscles and joints. Because physical tension is often connected to psychological tension, clients often find they experience feeling significantly “lighter” in both mind and body after a deep tissue massage. Regular deep tissue massage can be miraculous in its ability to undo the strain that results from high-intensity athletics or a sedentary lifestyle.

The Muscle Melt formula consists of over 30 herbs and is based on traditional martial arts “hit formulas” for quick recovery from intense training. Using a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue styles your therapist will focus on releasing tension from your body, giving special attention to your painful areas. Specialty Massage
Abhyanga Massage
An Ayurvedic (traditional Indian) massage that utilizes warm oils chosen specifically for your constitution, and choreographed patterns designed to circulate energy and clear blockages.
The skin is fed generous amounts of oil from head to toe — as it is considered to penetrate, lubricate, nourish, and soothe our deepest parts. Compared to traditional Swedish massage, Abhyanga focuses less on the muscles and more on the skin, lymphatic and circulatory systems, marma points (the Ayurvedic equivalent of acupuncture points) and nadis (energy channels).
A balance of invigorating, relaxing, and detoxifying techniques. This massage is traditionally done with the chest undraped, but (based on your preference) can easily be modified with the chest covered and achieve the same divine benefits.

Kapha (“kahp-ha”) is associated primarily with the elements of Water + Earth. If you’re experiencing an excess of Kapha you may feel out of balance in these ways:

Nurture yourself during this sacred time from prenatal to parenthood. Massage therapy can be a wonderful support to ease physical discomfort and bring balance to mind, body, and spirit. Our licensed massage therapists are trained in the skillful use of cushions and bolsters to keep you and your baby comfortable throughout the treatment.
As your body adapts to both pregnancy and post-partum, your therapist will safely assist in melting tension in your shoulders, back, ribs, hips, legs, and feet. Ideal from the beginning of your second trimester onward. Please consult your physician before your first session.

A wonderful bonding experience for friends or a great way to start (or end) a date. You’ll share in the deep relaxation, positive energy, and sensory bliss of massages on adjacent tables in our spacious couples room. You’ll surrender your stress to peaceful balance while inhaling our own Love essential oil blend.
This treatment includes: Your choice of massage (Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Muscle Melt), warm towel foot cleanse and neck stretch. Price is the sum of two individual massages.
