afternoon crash…

I find that everyday around 3:30 I feel a lull, and with that a desire for coffee, tea, or sugar to pick me up. And while I have given into this desire once or twice šŸ˜‰ it didnā€™t actually make me feel “better”. So the other day when I felt this lull I decided to get up and get moving! I went on a vigorous walk around the block – the sun (or at least light), the fresh air, and just being out in the community and seeing the world gave me exactly the refresher that I needed. So next time you reach for that afternoon chocolate – take a walk instead, you might just make a habit of it.
