Ayurveda
Ayurveda (“Ire-veh-dah”), an ancient healing science from India, is one of the world’s oldest medical systems. It aims to integrate and balance the body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda focuses not only on the treatment and prevention of illness, but on the removal of blockages to experiencing a more vibrant, peaceful, and happy life. Some of its therapeutic approaches include diet, herbs, yoga, breathing, sweating, and massage.
In the transcendent state of bliss, deep transformation and healing can occur. These Ayurvedic therapies are heavenly as one-time treatments, though they are traditionally given multiple times in a course, and we believe their benefits are greatly enhanced when received in a series.
Our talented therapists and skincare specialists use carefully chosen techniques to conscientiously support each client’s needs.
You will easily fall into deep relaxation on our memory foam tables and face cradles, both outfitted with ultra-soft linens. At the end of your massage, you will be treated to a hot towel cleanse for your feet and a hot towel stretch for your neck.
After your experience is complete, your therapist will greet you with cool water to promote hydration and will be present for you to ask questions or offer suggestions for self-care.
For all our clients receiving full body massages, facials, or spa packages we provide a locker for your personal belongings, a robe, and spa sandals. Additionally, bath, body, hair, and skincare products are also available. Our steam rooms and rain showers are available for use before or after your treatments. (please note shower and steam room availability is dependent upon current covid protocols and may change without notice)
We look forward to offering our space, our presence, and our energy for you to become your most vibrant, centered, and peaceful self.
