Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning a group of like-minded people who join together for mutual enlightenment. Our community space, the Sangha Room, is ideal for all who seek wellness and relaxation. Come alone or bring your friends, family, gatherings, showers, and meetings, to be nurtured and revitalized while enjoying each other’s company. Here we serve tea, water, and give foot, hand, and head treatments as clients become their most vibrant, centered, and peaceful self.
Foot Baths
Ground yourself with this ritual that bathes the feet and mind with peacefulness. Your journey will begin with a warm neck wrap while you peruse our menu that has something for everyone. Large copper bowls with river rock will be prepared with hot water and your footbath choice. You will be treated to a warm-up keeping your feet toasty, a peppermint cold splash increasing circulation and stimulating blood flow, and our Transcend foot spritz ending this ritual and bringing you back to center.

Herbal Pain Relieving
A complex blend crafted especially to invigorate circulation and relieve soreness, swelling, and pain. Many clients find this bath helpful for headaches, cramps, and other pain as well.Warm Milk
Sweet, emollient buttermilk and whole milk feed the feet and soften the skin. Great for dry feet.Healing Salt
Himalayan pink salt, Mediterranean sea salt, and Epsom salt. Rich in essential minerals to support detoxification, relieve soreness, calm the nervous system, and soothe the skin.
Honey
Honey is full of energy: a pound of it equals the life work of approximately 300 bees! Indulge in our honey infused bath for a rejuvenating, soothing, anti-inflammatory, nutritious, antiseptic treat for the feet.
Ayurvedic Foot Baths
Vata Balancing
Basil, fennel, lavender, cinnamon, and milk help ground, focus, and relax.
Pitta Balancing
Peppermint, clary sage, geranium, vetiver, and coconut oil promote calm and ease.
Kapha Balancing
Orange, ginger, sage, vetiver, and black pepper mobilize sluggish energy and awaken the mind.
Tri-Doshic Balancing
Lavender, frankincense, fennel, and honey together support harmony of all three doshas.

Scalp Massage
Oil is love. When oil is applied to the body, the body feels truly taken care of…in essence….love. This divine ritual combines warm sesame oil and rosemary for your scalp massage and ends with a soothing warm towel head wrap.

*A robe/locker/slippers will be provided for this service to allow showering afterward. Quick tip – apply shampoo prior to getting your hair wet, this will ease the removal of oil. This treatment may also be done without oil, just let us know at time of booking.
Pad Abyhanga
Allow your mind to be still and your feet to re-align with your body through this harmonious Ayurvedic foot massage. Gentle, rhythmic, and effective this massage focuses on marma points (key energy centers), which give balance to your dosha. It is our feet that connects the being in us, to the earth we belong to.

Hand Massage
We touch the world through our hands. Whatever it is you do…typing, painting, building, loving – chances are we have forgotten to take care of these most valuable instruments. Hand to hand we will share massage energy and revitalize these tools we use daily.

Release tension from head to toe and forget about the outside world while we focus on you. Your pathway to peace will begin with a head/neck/shoulder massage while your feet soak in one of our signature foot baths. We will then center our awareness to your feet with massage and complete your journey of peace. $138

Sole and Scalp Surrender
Relinquish to this oil ritual of the head with rosemary and sesame oil during your scalp massage while your feet are being cared for with one of our signature foot baths. Our focus will then move towards a foot massage for a complete surrender to relaxation. $138

Gatherings
We love having people for special gatherings in our Sangha room!
Once you decide to join us, we’ll work together and create an experience that best fits your needs. For large groups services may be limited due to space and staff availability, but we have many ideas on how to make things work…so let’s chat! For groups of 8 or more a 20% gratuity will be added.
You are welcome to bring beverages of your choice and we will provide glasses.
