Peter is a botanist, clinical herbalist, and doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine who's spent more than thirty-five years studying the plants and practices that bring the body back to calm. Briana has spent two decades teaching people how to come home to themselves. They are devoted to making sure what they share with you is both grounded and practical.
