Illuminate your skin and invigorate circulation with a full body scrub performed with a plant fiber brush.

All four Ayurvedic bliss treatments in one incredible session. You begin with garshana - dry skin brushing with raw silk gloves to exfoliate, open the pores, and invigorate circulation. 

The open surface of the body is then treated to a generous quantity of oil (sneha) to deeply penetrate and lubricate your system.

The abhyanga massage is a choreographed dance of hands to calm the nervous system, awaken the organs, and balance energy flow. 

Next is swedana, in which you will be warmed in our steam tent (your head is kept out of the tent so you don’t get overheated) to further relax muscles and joints, encourage detoxification, and promote penetration of the oil. 

Then you’ll be guided into the deepest meditative state through shirodhara, where oil is poured in a continuous stream of patterns over your forehead.
