Rose quartz is a supportive motherly stone that is often used as an "emotional support" crystal. Holding it wearing it, or keeping it in one's environment is thought to help one recognize, understand, and release deep, stuck emotions. It is considered calming and gentle, and is said to promote self-love and to foster peace and calm in love relationships. Placed on the heart center, it is said to help the heart open. 

These towers are very high quality rose quartz, with a a strong pink color and a high degree of translucency. They are available in three sizes. 

A size: 2.8 to 4 inches tall, 1.4 to 2 inches wide at the base, weight 183 to 216 grams (nearly half a pound)
B size: 2: 4.3 to 5 inches tall, 2 inches wide at the base, weight 312 to 351 grams (about three-quarters of a pound)
C size: 3: 5 to 5.5 inches tall, 2 inches wide at the base, weight 395-416g (nearly a pound)

Please note: Crystals are natural products of the Earth. As such, they vary. Some may have internal cracks, small chips, hazy areas, varying colors, "phantom" shapes inside, rainbows (diffraction), and other variations. We have personally chosen and examined every one, and found them all to meet our high personal standards. Often, we find the qualities that would be considered "imperfections" from the standpoint of a jeweler to be exactly what makes a certain crystal especially unique and potent. We don't have the ability to allow you to choose a particular crystal, but offer these photos as representative sample of the batch we have, and we trust that you'll get the crystal that's right for you.
