A Different Kind of New Year

A Different Kind of New Year

on

If you made a resolution on January first and it didn’t last, or if you didn’t make one at all, you’ve got another chance. In fact, when you look at the natural world around us, the beginning of the calendar year isn’t really the ideal time to begin something new.

Winter is a time of stillness.

Dormancy.

Turning inward.

It’s when we take inventory, clarify what matters, and tend to what’s quietly forming beneath the surface.

But now, just a couple of days past the spring equinox, something has shifted.

Look around.

This is when things begin to move. You don’t see new growth pushing through the ground in early January. You see it now.

This is the season of emergence, of momentum, of life returning with a kind of quiet insistence.

The equinox itself marks a point of balance, day and night in equal measure, but more than that, it’s a turning point. From here, the light gains ground. The days lengthen. The energy builds.

And you may feel that in yourself too.

More clarity.

More energy.

More readiness to begin.

This is why, year after year, we return to this moment as a powerful time to reset your direction and move forward with intention.

If you’ve been using your Dreambook + Planner, this is the perfect time to reconnect with what you set out to create.

That’s exactly what we’ll be doing in our upcoming Quarterly Dreambook Check-In on March 26th.

A space to pause.

To reflect on what’s unfolded so far.

And to realign with what you want to carry forward into this next season of growth.

You don’t need to start over.

You just need to step back into alignment with what’s already alive in you.

This season will meet you there.

Happy equinox,

Briana
