Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do? Taking care of yourself . . . Moving forward . . . Showing up.
But just beneath the surface, there’s still a feeling that something isn’t quite aligned. Not that anything is wrong exactly… but something doesn’t feel fully right, either.
When this happens, it's so easy to believe we need to try harder.
To make a radical change.
To fix something.
But in my experience, what’s often needed isn’t more effort.
It’s a return to your body.
To your breath.
To yourself.
