When everything’s a sh*t show, here’s the plan.


Well… at least a three-minute plan.


Put your hands on your body.


Feel your temperature, the textures, the presence of your hands.


Feel your weight being held by the Earth.


Release all your carrying, just for a minute. Let the Earth hold it.


Give yourself a moment of space and a breath.


Breathe long, slow breaths. Letting each one create more space in your body and mind.


You don’t need to solve anything right now. You just need to be here, present.


When the nervous system gets overwhelmed, everything feels louder and more urgent than it actually is. Three minutes of presence can change how the next moment goes.


You are powerful, even if it doesn’t always feel like it.


Three minutes is enough to come back into yourself.


From there, you can take the next step.
