You’re Built for This. Here’s How I Know.

on

If you’ve been feeling the intensity lately – you’re not alone.

There’s a lot moving.

Globally, yes. But also inside us. In the tender places. In the fierce ones.

And when life feels this charged, it’s so human to want to pull away. To buffer it. To check out. (Bingeing Netflix, scrolling, sleeping late – it’s legit. No shame. We all need breathers.)

But here’s what I want you to remember:

You’re built for this.

You’re built to feel what’s moving without collapsing under it.

You’re built to stay awake, stay present, and keep choosing what matters — even when things feel heavy.

And you don’t have to do it all at once.

If things feel big right now, try this simple three-step practice:

1. Notice something small.

If the big picture feels overwhelming, start tiny.

A shift in the light. A breath that comes a little easier. A moment of sweetness or humor.

Let something small bring you back to yourself.

2. Stay with what you feel.

Not to fix it. Not to judge it.

Just to let your system know you’re here.

That alone creates movement.

3. Take one micro-action.

One breath. One intention. One message. One boundary.

It doesn’t need to be big to shift your energy.

Small actions compound. And they matter.

Because you matter.

And your presence in the world is part of what helps things shift in a better direction.

If you’d like support with this — with moving out of overwhelm and back into grounded action — that’s exactly what we’ll work on in LFG: Let’s Friggin Go — Get Unstuck and Get Moving, happening live on Tuesday, November 18th at 11am MT / 10am PT / 12pm CT / 1pm ET.

This isn’t about pushing or hustling.

It’s about reconnecting to your own energy so movement feels possible again.

Rooted right alongside you,

Briana

P.S. If you want to anchor into presence right now, visit our community and tell me one small thing you’ve noticed lately that feels beautiful, true, or alive. I’d love to hear.
