Ayurveda (“ah-yur-veh-dah”), an ancient healing science from India, is one of the world’s oldest medical systems. It aims to integrate and balance the body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda focuses not only on the treatment and prevention of illness, but on the removal of blockages to experiencing a more vibrant, peaceful, and happy life.

The Ayurvedic term prakruti means the physical and mental constitution you were born with, which can be expressed as a combination of three imbalancing qualities called doshas in Sanskrit (literally “flaws”). All foods, influences, and behaviors tend to move us either toward or away from balance. These oils are chosen for their ability to balance or subdue your predominant doshas.
Illuminate your skin and invigorate circulation with a full body scrub performed with a plant fiber brush.
Dry skin brushing makes your skin clearer and more resilient, and promotes detoxification and lymphatic drainage. It’s also energizing and refreshing to the spirit.

In Ayurvedic medicine, shirodhara treatment is considered to balance the mind, open the third eye, awaken intuition, nourish the brain, and promote free flow of prana (life force) through the nadis (energetic channels).

All four Ayurvedic bliss treatments in one incredible session. You begin with garshana - dry skin brushing with raw silk gloves to exfoliate, open the pores, and invigorate circulation.
The open surface of the body is then treated to a generous quantity of oil (sneha) to deeply penetrate and lubricate your system.
The abhyanga massage is a choreographed dance of hands to calm the nervous system, awaken the organs, and balance energy flow.
Next is swedana, in which you will be warmed in our steam tent (your head is kept out of the tent so you don’t get overheated) to further relax muscles and joints, encourage detoxification, and promote penetration of the oil.
Then you’ll be guided into the deepest meditative state through shirodhara, where oil is poured in a continuous stream of patterns over your forehead.
Your treatment concludes with a foot bath of your choice in our Sangha room to bring you gently back into the world. We suggest taking the rest of the day to enjoy the harmony of your body, mind, and spirit.

Ground yourself with this 30-minute ritual that bathes the feet and mind with peacefulness. Done in our community space, the Sangha Room, it's an opportunity come with friends, or by yourself, to relax and recharge. Your journey will begin with a warm neck wrap as you sink your feet into a large copper bowls with river rocks and your foot bath choice. An attendant will warm-up your bath as needed and treat you to a peppermint cold splash to increase circulation and support your health.When you're complete they'll finish your ritual with a Transcend foot spritz to bring you back to center.
Herbal Pain Relieving: A complex blend crafted especially to invigorate circulation and relieve soreness, swelling, and pain. Many clients find this bath helpful for headaches, cramps, and other pain as well. - $37
