I cannot express enough how great these patches are! Very effective pain relief but something in the blend leaves an unpleasant smell which is so bothersome to me that I'm not going to repurchase the oil. The patches are better because they don't leave the smell behind, just less convenient than an oil. I'm sure the ingredient is necessary for the e effectiveness of the pain relief but I just don't like it
I was surprised after I put on the patch, I could feel some relief. My pain problems are deeper than just muscle, so it didn’t completely take the pain away, but this wasn’t the expectation. The only suggestion I would have would be to make the peel and stick have a center break so you could pinch it and peel half before rolling the other half on.
