Happy Solstice!
The longest day of the year is here, and I want to celebrate it with you.
Summer has always felt sacred to me. Not in a hushed, serious way, but in the way that the light stays long and golden and the world seems to exhale. It's a season that invites us to slow down into our own aliveness. To feel the warmth, notice the beauty, and actually be here for it.
In that spirit, I put together something for you: 6 Ways to Make Your Summer Sacred, my favorite practices for turning this season into something that genuinely nourishes you.
It's free, and it's yours to make your summer sacred, too.
And while we're celebrating this incredible season, I want to tell you about something Peter and I are doing this Wednesday, June 24th.
We're hosting a free live workshop called Steady State: a hands-on hour where we teach the skills we use ourselves to regulate stress on demand. Not in theory. In practice, in your body, during the class.
Here's what I've noticed: summer is the season when people finally have a little more space, and then immediately fill it back up with worry and the low hum of anxiety that never quite goes away. This workshop is here to support you in that moment when the conditions seem fully aligned to feel amazing, but somehow you still don't.
We'll work through the skills together, and you'll feel the difference before we're done.
Wednesday, June 24th · 11:30 AM Pacific / 2:30 PM Eastern · Replay included
Start with the guide this weekend. Join us live next Wednesday. Let this be a summer you actually feel.
With so much love,
Briana
