Our goal at The Dragontree Sanctuary is to make your visit with us as relaxing and hassle-free as possible, so please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing – come as you are. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, leave the details to us.
Sanctuary Rules
BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL to each other and to our staff
SWIMWEAR REQUIRED in all communal spaces. If you don’t have appropriate clothing, speak to a sanctuary attendant
SHOWER BEFORE USING SANCTUARY the oils and products from your body need to be washed off in order to maintain the facilities
CARE FOR YOUR BODY if you feel woozy or unwell in any way, stop your session. Don’t touch heaters, watch your step
NO CELL PHONES let yourself completely unplug. We promise it’s worth it
ADULT SPACE humans 16 and older only
NO EXCESSIVE PDA ;)
NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINKS, OR SUBSTANCES the Sanctuary is a substance free environment and you won’t be allowed in if intoxicated
BE THOUGHTFUL WITH YOUR VOLUME speak in quiet voices, in consideration of others.
TREAT THE SPACE WITH RESPECT this is a temple for healing
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 – 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short and will be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge, as this time is reserved specifically for you and supports our practitioners’ valuable work. To avoid charges, regardless of circumstances, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Starting 1/1/25, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 100% charge
Sacred Rhythms membership Sanctuary Session appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice or no-showed will be charged a full session use for the month and be deducted from your membership benefits.
Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.
Getting the Most from your Treatment
Our goal is to give you the best service possible. Please let us know your specific needs and treatment goals so we can address them.
Personal Items
Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry, to the Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is not responsible for any lost items while at the facility. Wear what is comfortable; if you're receiving a massage or have a spa package we'lll provide you with a robe and sandals and will provide a towel and sandals when you come for your Sanctuary Session.
Requesting a Therapist
We encourage you to find the therapist that best fits your needs and request them for your services. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist for your services please inform us of your preference when you make your appointment.
Returns
We happily accept returns for Sanctuary credit ONLY on all products within 30 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person or used for different services or products. No exceptions.
Payments
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex credit cards and cash money. A credit card guarantee is required when scheduling your spa services. Please note we do not accept SpaFinder or SpaWish Gift Certificates.
Gift Certificates
An ideal gift for any occasion and are usable at any of our physical locations. You may purchase gift certificates at the spa, online, or over the phone. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. The Dragontree Sanctuary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or any unauthorized card use.
Prices
Prices are subject to change with out notice. Prices do not include Therapist’s gratuity.
Our Referral Program
If you visited us and enjoyed your experience, tell your friends. Each referral you will receive a $20 loyalty reward on your account every time you refer someone. All your friends need to do is put your name on the referral portion of the intake form when signing in.
