The hot tub is part of the full Sanctuary experience on Broadway in Boulder, alongside the cedar sauna, cold plunges, steam room, salt room, and forest showers.

Warm water has a way of bringing you back to yourself. Tension begins to release, breathing becomes easier, and time seems to slow.
Settle in on your own for a quiet moment of restoration, or share the warmth with friends. There is no agenda here - only space to rest, reconnect, and receive.
What to expect in the cedar hot tub
Begin or end your Sanctuary journey in the hot tub, or return between other experiences. Linger until you feel deeply warmed, then step out to cool down and notice how your body feels.
Your 90-minute session is unhurried and entirely your own.
Move between warmth and cold
When you are ready for a refreshing contrast, rinse beneath the forest showers before easing into a cold plunge. Moving from soothing warmth to vibrant cold can leave you feeling awakened, grounded, and renewed.
Rest afterward, then return to the hot tub whenever the warmth calls you back.
A few Sanctuary notes
Swimwear is required in communal spaces, and guests shower before entering. The Sanctuary is phone-free and welcomes guests ages 16 and older.
Reserve your Sanctuary Session
A 90-minute Sanctuary Session is $67, with a weekday rate of $47 Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Guests booking a massage or spa treatment of 60 minutes or longer may add a Sanctuary Session for $20.

Can I come with friends?
Come enjoy the Sanctuary by yourself to tend your body, mind, and soul or come with friends to enrich your connection. The Sanctuary is an adult space for humans 16 and older.
Can I go between the hot tub and the cold plunge?
Yes. Moving between warm water and the cold plunges is one of the most popular ways to spend a session. Rinse under the forest showers in between, and rest whenever you need to.
Is the hot tub included in a Sanctuary Session?
Yes. Every 90-minute Sanctuary Session includes the cold plunges, cedar hot tub, cedar sauna, steam room, salt room (halotherapy), and forest showers. Sessions are $67, or $47 Mon-Thurs, 9a-4p. You can also add a Sanctuary Session to your 60 minute (or longer) treatment for $20.
I'm new to heat and cold. Is that okay?
Care for your body: if you feel woozy or unwell in any way, stop your session. Start gently and go at your own pace, and if you're pregnant or have a health concern, check with your doctor before using the heat or cold.
What should I bring?
Swimwear is required in all communal spaces. If you don't have appropriate clothing, speak to a Sanctuary attendant. Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry, to the Sanctuary. We'll provide a towel and sandals.
