Dragontree Sanctuary is the antidote to an over-busy, disconnected life. This temple space is created for you to engage in the ancient practice of deep self care in community.
Featuring cold plunges, hot tub, cedar sauna, steam room, salt room (halotherapy), and forest showers, our goal is to help reset your nervous system, restore your body, facilitate a non-ordinary state of consciousness, and remind you of life's magic.

What's included in a Sanctuary Session?
90 minutes in the Sanctuary, featuring cold plunges, hot tub, cedar sauna, steam room, salt room (halotherapy), and forest showers. We'll provide a towel and sandals when you come for your Sanctuary Session.
How much does the Sanctuary cost?
Sanctuary Sessions - 90 minutes: $67. Mon-Thurs, 9a-4p: $47. Or add a Sanctuary Session to your 60 minute (or longer) treatment - $20.
What should I bring?
Swimwear is required in all communal spaces. If you don't have appropriate clothing, speak to a Sanctuary attendant. Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry, to the Sanctuary. We'll provide a towel and sandals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. Please shower before using the Sanctuary - the oils and products from your body need to be washed off in order to maintain the facilities.
What are the Sanctuary rules?
Be kind and respectful to each other and to our staff. Swimwear is required in all communal spaces. Shower before using the Sanctuary. No cell phones - let yourself completely unplug, we promise it's worth it. Humans 16 and older only. No outside food, drinks, or substances. Speak in quiet voices, in consideration of others. Treat the space with respect - this is a temple for healing.
Can I come with friends?
Come enjoy the Sanctuary by yourself to tend your body, mind, and soul or come with friends to enrich your connection. The Sanctuary is an adult space for humans 16 and older.
I've never done a cold plunge. Is that okay?
Care for your body: if you feel woozy or unwell in any way, stop your session. Start gently and go at your own pace, and if you're pregnant or have a health concern, check with your doctor before using the heat or cold.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 100% charge. Sacred Rhythms membership Sanctuary Session appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice or no-showed will be charged a full session use for the month. See our Boulder FAQ for full policies.
