Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 – 20minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. You may also want to enjoy the sauna prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short and will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration of everyone’s valuable time, we require 24 hours notice for an appointment change, rescheduling, or cancellation, in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. For parties of four or more we require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 50% fee. Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.

Our goal is to give you the best service possible. Please let us know your specific needs and treatment goals so we can address them.

Personal Items

Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry, to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for any lost items while at the facility. Wear what is comfortable; we will provide you with a robe and sandals for your treatments. Our staff is trained to drape you appropriately for privacy during your treatments. The Dragontree is a cell phone free facility. Please do not bring your phone with you so we can ensure you and other clients are able to completely enjoy your treatments and relax. If you must bring it with you, please turn it off to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the spa. If your child does not have an appointment, please do not bring them with you as we do not offer day care facilities.

Serenity

We ask that all of our clients respect our sanctuary by keeping conversation to a minimum and turning off your cell phone. We invite you to deeply relax, quiet your mind, and let go.

Requesting a Therapist

We encourage our clients to find the therapist that best fits their needs and request them for their services. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist for your services please inform us of your preference when you make your appointment.

Private Parties

We’re happy to accommodate spa gatherings for special events and corporate packages. We can provide you with a group planner to help organize your event. Please call for details. We encourage you to select from our delicious spa lunch menu if you want to enjoy a meal while you are with us. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks for your gathering for a nominal charge of $45. We request that your gathering respects the peaceful spa atmosphere for our other guests. Please note a 15% gratuity will be added to parties of 8 or more.

Returns

We happily accept returns for spa credit ONLY on all products within 30 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person or used for different services or products. No exceptions.

Payments

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover credit cards. Gratuities are graciously accepted and are not included in the price of services. A credit card guarantee is required when scheduling your spa services.  Please note we do not accept SpaFinder or SpaWish.

Gift Certificates

An ideal gift for any occasion. You may purchase gift certificates at the spa, online, or over the phone. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. The Dragontree Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or any unauthorized card use.

Prices

Prices are subject to change with out notice. Prices do not include Therapist’s gratuity.

Our Referral Program

If you visited us and enjoyed your experience, tell your friends.  Each referral you will receive a $20 loyalty reward on your account every time you refer someone.  All your friends need to do is put your name on the referral portion of the intake form when signing in.

Sauna and Steam Room

We believe in choosing therapies that are appropriate to the recipient and the terrain they live in. For this reason, in our low altitude Pacific Northwest locations, we chose to install dry saunas in order to help our patrons combat the congestive effects of pervasive dampness and mold

A 30 minute session is included with all full body massages, facials, and full-length acupuncture treatments. Clients receiving Sangha Room treatments may also use these facilities for an additional $10.

A La Carte – Sauna/Steam Room and shower use is $15 for 2 hours.
