Spa packages in Portland
Each of our Portland spa packages brings several treatments together into one unhurried experience, and every one includes one of our signature foot baths.
The Dragontree Massage
This package includes: Aromatherapy Steam Infusion, Warm Fennel Packs, 60 Minute Swedish Massage, Warm Towel Cleanse, Signature Foot Bath.
Our signature treatment begins with an aromatherapy steam infusion using a hand-crafted Ayurvedic oil blend chosen for your constitution. You’ll inhale peace and balance while your body relaxes under the weight of warm fennel seed packs. Next you’ll enjoy a 60-minute full body Swedish massage (or upgrade to a Deep Tissue massage) enhanced with your unique Ayurvedic oil blend. Your muscles, joints, and nervous system will be coaxed into deep tranquility. A hot towel cleanse follows. A therapeutic foot bath will start or end this spa package. Altogether a wonderful reset. 95 minutes - $195.
Calm Clarity
This package includes: Ayurvedic skin brushing treatment (garshana), 60 Minute Swedish Massage with Ayurvedic Aromatherapy, Signature Foot Bath.
This package begins with Ayurvedic skin brushing (garshana) to clear away dead cells, open your pores, detoxify, invigorate your circulation, and bring new life to your skin. Next you’ll be enveloped in an Ayurvedic oil blend aligned with your prakruti (Ayurvedic constitution) to nourish your skin and foster clarity of mind throughout a blissful 60 minute Swedish massage. Our signature foot bath will start or finish this spa package to anchor your nervous system. 2 hours - $235.
Shakti
This package includes: Aromatherapy Steam Infusion, Hot Fennel Packs, 60 Minute Swedish Massage, Warm Towel Cleanse, 60 Minute Custom Facial, Signature Foot Bath.
A package for releasing tension and awakening your inner power. You’ll begin with an aromatherapy steam infusion using an Ayurvedic oil blend matched to your constitution. Warm and heavy fennel packs on your back and hips will calm and ground you, and you’ll have a few minutes of solitude to let go and tune in. Next you’ll receive a 60 minute Swedish massage, also with our hand-crafted Ayurvedic formula, followed by a 60 minute custom facial to restore your glow and release the deep tension behind your face. Our signature foot bath will end or start this spa package to help you anchor into the here-and-now. By the end, you’ll be shining light into the world. 2 hours and 45 minutes - $335.
The Full Bliss Immersion
All four Ayurvedic bliss treatments in one incredible session, approximately 3.5 hours - $445. See Ayurvedic treatments for the full description.

Spa package questions
Which spa package is right for me?
The Dragontree Massage is our signature massage experience. Calm Clarity adds Ayurvedic skin brushing. Shakti pairs a 60 minute Swedish massage with a 60 minute custom facial. The Full Bliss Immersion brings together all four Ayurvedic bliss treatments.
Can I upgrade to deep tissue?
Yes. In the Dragontree Massage package you can upgrade the Swedish massage to a Deep Tissue massage.
Can I give a spa package as a gift?
Yes. Gift certificates are an ideal gift for any occasion. You may purchase gift certificates at the spa, online, or over the phone.
What is the prakruti quiz?
The Ayurvedic term prakruti means the physical and mental constitution you were born with. Arrive early to take a short prakruti quiz so we can choose the oil blend that best balances your predominant constitutional pattern.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. You may also want to enjoy the sauna prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short and will be charged in full.
