Swedish massage uses light to medium pressure, smooth strokes, kneading, and vibration to relax your muscles and calm your mind. Deep tissue massage uses firmer pressure and mobilization techniques to release tight and painful muscles and joints.
Can I add the Sanctuary to my treatment?
Yes. Add a 90-minute Sanctuary Session to your 60 minute (or longer) treatment for $20, with cold plunges, a cedar hot tub, cedar sauna, steam room, salt room (halotherapy), and forest showers.
Can I request a specific therapist?
We encourage you to find the therapist that best fits your needs and request them for your services. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist for your services please inform us of your preference when you make your appointment.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short and will be charged in full.
