Which massage is right for you?

Which massage is best for sore muscles?
Deep tissue massage uses firmer pressure to release tight and painful muscles and joints. Muscle Melt massage combines Swedish and deep tissue styles with our own herbal liniment for tight, sore muscles and achy joints.
Can I add the Sanctuary to my massage?
Yes. Add a 90-minute Sanctuary Session to your 60 minute (or longer) treatment for $20, with cold plunges, a cedar hot tub, cedar sauna, steam room, salt room (halotherapy), and forest showers.
What should I wear?
Wear what is comfortable. If you're receiving a massage or have a spa package we'll provide you with a robe and sandals. Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry.
Can I request a specific therapist?
We encourage you to find the therapist that best fits your needs and request them for your services. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist for your services please inform us of your preference when you make your appointment.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short and will be charged in full.
What's the cancellation policy?
