Our licensed massage therapists are trained in the skillful use of cushions and bolsters to keep you and your baby comfortable throughout the treatment.
As your body adapts to both pregnancy and post-partum, your therapist will safely assist in melting tension in your shoulders, back, ribs, hips, legs, and feet.
When to book a prenatal massage
Prenatal massage is ideal from the beginning of your second trimester onward, and it is just as welcome after your baby arrives. Please consult your physician before your first session.
A note on the Sanctuary
If you are pregnant, please check with your doctor before using the heat or cold in the Sanctuary, and note that Shirodhara is contraindicated for most pregnant women because it requires lying flat on your back.

Make a day of it: add a 90-minute Sanctuary Session with our cedar sauna, cold plunges, cedar hot tub, steam room, salt room, and forest showers to any treatment of 60 minutes or longer for $20.
