How much is a deep tissue massage in Portland?
A 60-minute deep tissue massage is $150 and a 90-minute deep tissue massage is $195, and both include a 30-minute sauna session.
Is deep tissue massage painful?
Deep tissue massage uses firmer pressure, but it should never be more than you are comfortable with. Let your therapist know how the pressure feels and they will adjust it at any time.
Is the sauna included?
Yes. A 30-minute dry sauna session is included with all full body massages and facials. We always suggest using the sauna prior to your appointment to get the best benefit of relaxing and loosening muscle. Clients receiving Sangha Room treatments may also use the sauna for an additional $20.
Can I request a specific therapist?
We encourage our clients to find the therapist that best fits their needs and request them for their services. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist for your services please inform us of your preference when you make your appointment.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. You may also want to enjoy the sauna prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short and will be charged in full.
