Every full body massage at our Portland spa includes a 30-minute session in our dry sauna, so arrive a little early and warm up before your treatment.
Which massage is right for you?
- To relax and unwind: Swedish massage uses light to medium pressure, smooth strokes, kneading, and vibration.
- For tight, painful muscles: deep tissue massage uses firmer pressure and mobilization techniques.
- For soreness and achy joints: Muscle Melt massage works our own 30-herb liniment into your sore spots.

Which massage is best for sore muscles?
Deep tissue massage uses firmer pressure to release tight and painful muscles and joints. Muscle Melt massage combines Swedish and deep tissue styles with our own herbal liniment for tight, sore muscles and achy joints.
Is the sauna included?
Yes. A 30-minute dry sauna session is included with all full body massages and facials. We always suggest using the sauna prior to your appointment to get the best benefit of relaxing and loosening muscle.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes. Our couples massage is two massages on adjacent tables in our spacious couples room. The price is the sum of the two individual massages. Call (503) 221-4123 or text (503) 847-2296 to book.
Can I request a specific therapist?
We encourage our clients to find the therapist that best fits their needs and request them for their services. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist for your services please inform us of your preference when you make your appointment.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. You may also want to enjoy the sauna prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short and will be charged in full.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge, as this time is reserved specifically for you and supports our practitioners' valuable work.
