Arnica Montana

Arnica Montana, also known as Leopard’s Bane, has been used for medicinal purposes since at least the 1500s. It is used as a topical analgesic, usually prepared from the petals of the Arnica flower, which is part of the same perennial family as the common Sunflower. It’s reputation as a must-have herbal remedy is built on it’s power to initiate tissue repair at the cellular level, thus relieving much of the pain and inflammation caused by a soft tissue injury. Arnica works best for muscle soreness and tension, as well as more acute injuries, such as muscle sprains and spasms, arthritis, and even bruising. Used regularly, Arnica can be an extremely effective tool against life’s everyday aches and pains.
